Honestly, the new composite patch procedure they rolled out last month at our hangar in Phoenix is just adding an extra 2 hours to every job.
Tbh, I spent 3 hours last Tuesday just on the surface prep and documentation for a single 4-inch repair on a 737 flap, which is nuts when the old method took maybe 45 minutes.
