inA deckhand on my boat in Mobile Bay told me I was running the cutterhead too fast for the bottom type.
It's wild how often the new guy spots what the old hands miss, like @river_rivera45 said. Makes you wonder how much money and time gets wasted just because nobody wants to hear "the engine sounds angry.

inMy brother told me his factory job in Toledo is more secure because of natural gas
Sounds like your brother's factory is getting some good PR. Natural gas is cleaner than coal, sure, but it's still a fossil fuel. The real question is what happens when the next price spike hits or regulations tighten again. Those jobs might not be as safe as they seem.

inMy grandma always told me to add a pinch of sugar to my tomato sauce, and I finally tried it
Oh man, the sugar debate! I read somewhere that a tiny bit of baking soda works even better for cutting acid without any sweet taste at all. Tried it once and it was wild.

inI was trimming a draft horse for a friend in Boise and he pointed out my angle.
Ngl it's wild how one offhand comment can expose a bad habit you didn't even know you had. Happens with driving or cooking too, you just get stuck in a routine.
