Customer in Reno talked me out of wireless sensors, glad I listened

Last month a homeowner showed me 3 false alarm logs from his old system and explained how every wireless unit died within 2 years, so after 8 years of pushing wireless I finally ran hardwired lines through his attic and the panel picked up every zone first try, has anyone else switched back after a customer proved you wrong?

Ha! Funny how that works. Once a customer shows you something real, you can't unsee it. Same thing happened to me with my car. Kept buying those cheap phone mounts that broke every few months. Then a buddy showed me his old metal one that's been going for years. Now I don't mess with the flimsy stuff. It's like we get stuck in a routine and stop asking if things actually work. Sometimes the old way is just better, even if it's more work upfront.
