That painted rebar crack in Lethbridge taught me about winter grade concrete
A client's basement slab in Lethbridge cracked 3 weeks after we poured it in November. Turns out the mix called for winter accelerator but we skipped it to save $80, and the frost got in before it cured. Has anyone else had a supplier push a cheaper additive that bit them later, or is it just me?
