Why does nobody talk about the girdled maples lining Cherokee Blvd in Knoxville
Walked that stretch on my lunch break Tuesday and counted 11 maples with trunk damage from string trimmers cutting into the flare, and now I'm wondering how many of you are seeing this same damage pattern in your own towns.
