Gave up on that LA depot after they shoved my car through a 6 hour inspection line
Stood around the pickup lot off Sepulveda for almost 5 hours waiting on a car that was supposedly 'priority delivered' from Phoenix. Has anyone else had a broker promise a quick handoff and then watch the depot treat it like a slow day?

That 6 hour inspection line sounds like they were checking every single nut and bolt for souvenirs. Maybe the Phoenix car knew it was coming to LA traffic and decided to take its sweet time on purpose. At least you got out alive, that's more than I can say for your patience. Next time just tell the broker you're in a hurry, that usually works about as well as asking a cat to swim.
