Shoutout to the dispatcher in Reno who called me back about my pickup window

I had a car going from Sacramento to Denver last month and the dispatcher called me back 20 minutes after we hung up just to say the pickup window would work better on a Tuesday instead of Monday. She was right, the driver got there at 8am and had the car loaded in 15 minutes flat, which almost never happens for me. Does anyone else have a broker or dispatcher who actually calls you back with a heads up like that?
