Cant believe how many wire bundles I found mislabeled in a Boeing 737
Pulled the floor panels on a 737-800 last week in Tulsa to chase a flickering nav light and found 14 wire bundles with tags that were straight up wrong, like reversed pin numbers and a couple marked for a completely different system. The paperwork from the last shop said they redid the harness in 2019, but nobody updated the wire diagram, which is scary since we rely on that to troubleshoot. How do you all handle outdated schematics that the FAA keeps on file, do you push for a revision or just annotate the hell out of your copy?
