Spent $210 on a used pitot static test box off eBay and it was dead on arrival

Seller swears it worked when he shipped it, but the regulator leaks and the altimeter reads 200 feet off at sea level. Do I eat the loss and buy new, or is there a shop in the DFW area that can actually fix these things?
