TIL that skipping a proper lunch during long installs leads to shaky hands and bad crimps. A dropped tool onto a fresh board convinced me to eat.

Makes sense. I've seen that with a lot of the same kind of work, taking short breaks to eat or drink really helps keep things steady. It's a basic thing, but so easy to forget when you're focused.

Shaky hands can come from lots of things, not just missing lunch. I find regular breaks for water and a snack work better than one big meal.

What are the other main things that cause shaky hands, from what you've seen @the_cameron? I've noticed stress and too much caffeine can do it for me. Figuring out the root cause makes it easier to fix.
