Hit 500 birthday cakes in 4 years, never expected that number

My order ledger from January 2021 just passed 500 cakes and I'm actually floored because I only started selling to neighbors in Columbus as a side thing, so for those of you who track orders, did you ever hit a milestone that made you rethink your whole setup?
