Can we talk about hitting 50 mugs on my kitchen shelf and not knowing how it happened

I counted the other day and I'm at exactly 50 thrift store mugs stacked on the shelf above my sink, which is way more than I ever meant to bring home. Started about 3 years ago with a 99 cent one from the Goodwill over on 5th that had a faded rooster on it, and then it just kind of snowballed every time I saw one for a buck or two. My wife says the shelf is gonna give out, so now I gotta figure out which ones actually stay. How many is too many before you start rotating them out?
