Just had a flat from a tiny staple that took me 45 minutes to find...

I was checking the tube in water twice before I saw it stuck in the sidewall tread. Anyone else have a weird puncture that hid from them for way too long?

Used to think you could always find a leak by the bubbles. Had a thorn work its way in so slowly it took me two days to spot the slow hiss. Totally changed how I look for flats now.

Honestly @seanlewis, that makes me wonder if a slow leak could actually seal itself with road grime for a bit before opening up again.
