Swapped out my usual clip point for a wharncliffe blade on my EDC knife 6 months ago
I used to think clip points were the only way to go for everyday cutting, but after slicing through 50 cardboard boxes at work last month, the wharncliffe’s straight edge handled it way cleaner. Anyone else made a blade shape switch that surprised them?

Funny you say that, I've been noticing the same thing across the board lately... seems like the simpler tools just work better for the stuff we actually do every day. Straight lines and less fancy curves seem to cut through the noise, you know?

Right? It's like everyone finally woke up and realized they don't need a Swiss Army knife to open a bag of chips. I was setting up a new monitor the other day and the manual was like 50 pages of troubleshooting for stuff I'd never even use. Just give me the two cables and the power button, man. We're all over here trying to build a gazebo with a laser level when a regular old tape measure would've been fine. lol
