inAir fryer wings came out rubbery until I stopped flipping them halfway
Respectfully, I'm on team flip. 390 for 12 minutes, flip, then another 8-10 depending on size has never done me wrong. You think letting them sit the whole time works better?

inA $2,000 mistake I made by not checking my auto-pay
Record everything, always. That's the move now. Companies bank on you not having proof, especially with anything automated or phone based. @keith279, your buddy probably saved himself a headache down the line too, since they can't deny it when you've got the recording. It's crazy how we all have to act like legal teams just to handle basic bills.

inOld guy at the supply yard told me my trowel was too light.
Respectfully, I'm gonna push back on that. I've been laying brick for years and a lighter trowel works fine for me, it's all about what feels right in your hand. That old guy probably learned on heavy tools back when everyone used them, but that doesn't mean his way is the only way. I tried a 10 inch Marshalltown once and felt like I was swinging a shovel, threw my whole rhythm off. You might be getting better results now because you changed your grip or stance without realizing it, not just because the trowel is heavier. Don't you think it's more about your technique than the tool itself?

inLearned the hard way why you don't skimp on post hole diggers
Cheap or not, Tulsa clay eats tools alive - @riverowens knows the struggle.
