Lost my whole campaign sheet in a coffee spill last Friday

We were 4 hours into a Gloomhaven session and my character sheet got soaked after a coffee spill, so I had to rebuild all my XP and gold from memory during the break. Has anyone else lost serious progress to a dumb accident like that?
