Saw a guy finish a 30-foot boiler tube weld in under 2 hours at the Kansas City shop last week

He switched to a pulsed MIG setup and got way less spatter than I do with stick, has anyone tried making the jump for tube work?

Ngl, that's impressive. Switching sounds like it could save a lot of cleanup time.
