TIL a client said my headbands were too tight and looked painful
They pointed out how the model's hair was indented in the photos. I started using a looser stitch and a softer elastic, and now the fit looks way more natural. What other small details have you changed after client feedback?

Switched to a matte finish after someone called my stuff too shiny.

My old website had that same high gloss look, ruby_murphy. It just felt cheap after a while. I switched to a soft matte background and flat buttons last year. The whole thing feels more solid now, like a well made tool instead of a flashy ad. It was a simple fix that made a big difference.
