Hit 500 brick ties inspected in one shift, now I trust my crew more

I used to double-check every tie on my own after a bad freeze in Denver, but when I counted 500 on one assisted build last Tuesday and found zero bent ones, I finally handed that job over to my two apprentices for good, has anyone else hit a number that made them relax their QC?
