Spent 5 hours on a 20 minute brick arch because I cut the voussoirs before building the jig
Needed a small segmental arch over a garden gate in Aurora and figured I'd just eyeball the voussoir angles from a photo, which turned into 5 hours of recutting because each brick bound up as I dry fit them. Trace the arc on plywood first and cut each brick to that line, it takes 20 minutes, or am I doing arches the slow way?
