Stopped by a job site in Dayton and saw a crew laying brick in the rain

Am I the only one who thinks that's just asking for trouble down the line? How do you guys handle wet conditions on a tight deadline without sacrificing the quality of the mortar bond?

Ngl I wouldn't want to be the homeowner paying for that job down the road. Rain and fresh mortar never mix well.

Wondering if the homeowner even had a say in it or if the contractor just pushed through anyway lol. Big yikes if they end up paying to redo half that wall in a year.
