My coworker told me I was wasting money on meal prep containers

Last Tuesday, my coworker Sarah said I was overpaying for those fancy glass meal prep containers from Target. She showed me she uses old pasta sauce jars for her budget meals, and they work just fine. It hit different because she's been eating on $30 a week for 3 months now.
