The day I figured out booking flights on Tuesday is a myth

I realized I had been waking up at 5 AM every Tuesday for two years to book flights for nothing after my buddy in Denver showed me his $89 round trip to Phoenix he got on a Thursday afternoon and I had to ask myself what else I was doing wrong, anyone else ever find out a travel hack was actually just made up by bloggers?

Well, have you ever noticed how many of those so-called travel hacks come from people who are trying to sell you something? My sister used to swear by the Tuesday thing too, and then she found a flight to Chicago on a Saturday morning for half the price. Seems like the real trick is just checking different days and times rather than following some rule that might be ten years old.
