That $12 ruler she recommended actually fixed my spacing

My sister, who's been bullet journaling since 2016, kept telling me my weekly spreads looked cramped. She said pick up a clear plastic ruler with a grid, not the cheap wooden one I had. I finally bought one at Michael's last Tuesday and it changed how I line up my habit tracker columns. Has anyone else found the tool itself matters more than your hand steadiness?
