Finally caved and tried a bone saw attachment, now I get the hype

I've been cutting pork for 12 years and always thought those electric bone saws were for lazy folks who couldn't handle a good hand saw. My mentor back in Pittsburgh swore by the old manual method, said it builds wrist strength and keeps you honest. Then last month we got a rush order for 40 lamb racks during the holiday weekend and my hand was cramping by the third one. Borrowed the shop's electric saw attachment just to test it out, and honestly, it cut through the chine bone in about 8 seconds flat compared to my usual 2 minutes. The cuts were cleaner too, less bone dust and chipping on the surface. I still use the hand saw for smaller jobs because it gives me more control on delicate cuts, but for big primal breakdowns, that electric attachment is now my go to. Anyone else stubbornly stuck on manual tools for years before finally switching? What made you change your mind?
