Unpopular opinion: that $220 diamond steel I bought 3 years ago was money well spent
Everyone on here told me to just buy a $30 honing rod and save my cash, but after 3 years of breaking down whole ribeyes at my shop in Tulsa that diamond steel still straightens a blade in two strokes and I have not touched my stones mid-shift since, so tell me what actually lasted for you in the cooler?
