The 3 star review that made me fix my own dumb habit
I left a bad review for a backpack I got off Amazon, complaining the zipper always snagged. The seller replied with a simple question, was I pulling it at an angle? Turns out I was. After 4 years of fighting with bags, I tried just pulling straight and level, like the little arrow on the zipper pull shows. It worked perfectly, no snag at all. I felt like an idiot, but also kinda impressed they actually read reviews and helped. Now I check the zipper direction on any bag before I buy, saves me from future rage. Anyone else ever get schooled by a seller response like that?
