Guy at the lumber yard in Tacoma showed me how he stacks walnut to keep it flat, and my 6/4 boards stopped cupping
He said the sticker gaps have to line up all the way up the stack or the air just dead ends, and after redoing my rack that way three weeks ago not one board has moved.
