Spent 11 years cutting dadoes to the exact width of the plywood, then a guy at the lumber yard in Gary asked me one question
He asked if I ever measured the actual thickness of three sheets from the same stack, and sure enough they ran from .703 to .741, so now I cut to my smallest plywood measurement plus a hair and use a thin shim on the loose ones, and I want to know if anyone else here is sizing their dadoes off the stack instead of the nominal number.
