Customer complained my coax bends were too tight so I redid 8 runs yesterday

She said the 90 degree bend looked like a kink waiting to happen and honestly she was right. Has anyone else had to redo work because a homeowner pointed out something you overlooked?

You said 'the 90 degree bend looked like a kink waiting to happen' and honestly she was right." Yeah, but hold on. I mean, is a tight bend always a problem? Coax is pretty forgiving compared to like fiber or something. And if the customer is just a homeowner and not an engineer, they might be nitpicking based on a picture they saw online. 8 runs is a lot of work to redo just because someone thought it looked too sharp. Ive seen plenty of tight bends that work perfectly fine for years.

Yeah but here's the thing @kair65, I've done some pretty dumb stuff myself and it still worked. I once ran coax along a ductwork edge with a bend so tight it looked like a pretzel. Worked fine for like five years until they remodeled and pulled it out. So I get that a 90 degree bend might look bad, but in practice it's not always a deal breaker. And honestly, if the homeowner is just nitpicking from a YouTube video, I'd rather tell them to chill than rip out eight runs and eat the cost.
