Watched a guy fish a 25 ft drop through a packed attic in Phoenix and it fixed my whole approach
Was on a two story job in Phoenix and the homeowner had blown insulation about 8 inches deep up there, so my usual rod and glow stick trick was useless. The other installer grabbed a shop vac hose, taped his fish tape to it, and sucked it right to the wall plate in under 5 minutes. What is your go to move when the attic is too deep to crawl?
Shop vac trick sounds cute until you're working solo and that hose snags on every nail and truss up there. Half the time you end up dragging the whole mess back down and you're worse off than when you started.
