Used to refresh Realtor.ca 20 times a night in my old Toronto apartment hunt back in 2021. Lost two places that way, both went over asking by $80k while I was still reading the listing. Now I just tell my agent what I want and let her text me when something real shows up. Turns out the good ones in Hamilton get scooped up before they even hit the public feed. Anyone else find out their realtor had access to stuff you never saw online?
