Took 11 weeks to get my strata approval for a heat pump
I started the paperwork in February for a ductless heat pump in my Burnaby condo, thinking it would be a 2 week thing. Turns out the strata council needed 3 revised drawings, a noise study, and my contractor had to fill out their own 9 page form. Just got the signed approval yesterday, which is wild because the rebate deadline is June 30th and I almost missed it. Has anyone else dealt with strata delays pushing them past a rebate window?
