Hit 60 kitchens worth of cabinets last month and it hit me different
Just added up my install log for June and I counted 60 kitchens worth of cabinet boxes since January. Not 60 kitchens, that's 60 runs of uppers and lowers in about 6 months with two guys helping. I knew we were busy but seeing that number written down kinda stopped me. When I first started doing cabinet work years ago it took me almost a whole day just to hang a row of uppers square. Now a standard kitchen run is a morning. I'm not sure if I should feel proud or check if I'm cutting corners, because speed sneaks up on you. What's a normal cabinet install pace for you guys, a day per kitchen or less?
