Shoutout to the guy who tracked install time across 500 jobs

Read a post from a guy in Ohio who tracked his carpet install times for 3 years. He found power stretcher work takes him 22% longer than knee kicker jobs on average. That stat hit me because I always thought knee kicker was the slower method. Makes me want to start timing my own jobs to see where I'm losing minutes.

You ever try tracking it by square footage instead of just job count? That's where I found the real time leaks in my own numbers.
