PSA: That $1.50 bag of frozen mixed veggies at Aldi is not a ripoff

I figured frozen peas and carrots would taste like wet cardboard, but last week I made a stir fry with a $1.50 bag from the Aldi on 8th and it actually held up. Saved me $6 compared to the fresh stuff that always goes bad in my fridge. Anyone else got a frozen veg that surprised them?
