Five years? That is a long time to sit on the fence about something that sits in your yard and just runs. I get being skeptical, I do, but five winters of paying whatever your old system charged you has to add up to a pretty penny. What finally pushed you over the edge, a bad bill or did the old unit quit on you? And now that it is in, does it actually heat the place when it is cold out, or are you still nervous about that part?
