My office switched to 4-day weeks and the AC bill dropped 18% in 3 months

Our building manager looked at the utility data last quarter. We went from 5 days to 4 days on-site with staggered shifts. The cooling load is way down because we shut off half the HVAC zones on Fridays. It's not a huge climate win on its own, but for one office it adds up. The manager said we cut about 2.2 tons of CO2 just from that change. Has anyone else seen real energy savings from schedule shifts like this, or is it mostly a drop in the bucket for your workplace?

Used to think 4 day weeks were just about burnout and morale, but seeing actual hard numbers on AC and CO2 makes way more sense. This kind of data could push more offices to try it.
