Saw a whole block in Rotterdam with rooftop gardens and now my flat roof bugs me
Walked through the Luchtsingel area there past week and counted 14 rooftops growing veggies on top of old office buildings, which got me wondering why my city acts like a green roof costs a million bucks when a Dutch housing block pulled it off.
