Cold brew concentrate surprised me after 36 hours on the counter
I left a jar of cold brew steeping for 36 hours instead of my usual 18 and it came out super smooth with zero bitter bite, almost like a different drink. I thought longer would wreck it but the chocolate notes got way stronger in my small batch from Portland. Has anyone else pushed steep time way past the norm and found a sweet spot?
