Ditched my electric grinder for a hand crank one

Been using a $200 Baratza for 2 years. Tried a Comandante C40 at a shop in Austin last weekend. Bought it on the spot. My morning pour over tastes cleaner now. Anyone else switch and notice a difference in flavor?

Swapped my Ode for a JX-Pro and totally felt the same upgrade.

...and I have to say, I'm not sure it's really that serious. I went from a blade grinder to a Capresso Infinity and thought that was a huge deal. The Ode is already a pretty good grinder for most people. I mean, unless your taste buds are superhuman, I doubt the JX-Pro is going to change your morning cup that much. It's coffee, not rocket science.
