Just learned that Marvel's first black superhero wasn't Black Panther, it was the Black Goliath back in 1966
I was digging through some old issues on Marvel Unlimited and stumbled across a Black Goliath debut in Strange Tales, way before I ever heard of him. Anyone else find random obscure facts that change how you think about comic history?

Yeah that whole "first black superhero" thing gets messy when you really dig in. It's wild how Black Panther gets all the credit for being first when Goliath actually showed up a few months earlier in Strange Tales.
