Spent $180 on a used drysuit, the wrist seals blew on dive 2

Picked up a barely used drysuit off Craigslist from a guy in Norfolk who said he only dove it a handful of times. First dive in the harbor went fine, but the second dive the left wrist seal tore right at the cuff when I was trying to cinch it down. Anyone else had luck patching old seals with that rubber cement kit, or should I just bite the bullet and pay for new ones?

That "only dove it a handful of times" line got me too, same EXACT thing happened with a suit I bought off a guy in Chesapeake. Honestly the rubber cement kits are a total crap shoot, I'd just spend the money on new seals and save yourself the headache.
