A client's offhand comment made me redo my whole bench setup

I used to keep my screwdrivers in a coffee mug on the workbench, just how my old mentor did it. Last month a customer watched me dig for a Torx bit for a full minute and said, "you ever think about sorting those by size?" I laughed it off, but the next day I grabbed a 20 dollar pegboard from Home Depot and hung everything. Now I grab the right driver on the first try, and my turn-around time on simple repairs is way faster. Anyone else had a customer point out something obvious that actually helped?
