A customer told me my cable ties were 'aggressive' and I had to rethink my whole setup
Some guy said I was crimping his fiber lines too tight with zip ties in his server room in downtown Portland. Since then I switched to velcro straps and leave a little slack, no more angry calls about signal loss lol. Anyone else get weird nitpicky feedback that actually made you better?

Is there anything more humbling than a customer calling your zip ties aggressive?
That feedback probably saved you from a way bigger headache down the road.
Velcro and slack is the way, man.
