Hit 500 remote support tickets this quarter, zero from repeat customers
I keep a simple spreadsheet to track my remote jobs, mostly because I do a lot of after hours work for small vet clinics in the Salem area. Just tallied up the count today, 500 tickets since January, and not one of them was a repeat call from the same client. That surprised me because I figured maybe 20% of my work would be follow-ups. Anyone else track their ticket stats and notice a pattern like this, or do you mostly rely on memory and gut feel?

Saw a speaker at a tech meetup say most clients only call back when something breaks, so I get why your count makes sense.
