Is the $80 premium thermal paste worth it or just hype?
Spent $80 on that fancy liquid metal stuff for a client's gaming rig last month, temps dropped 12c but it shorted a fan header when I applied it wrong. My cheap $8 paste has never failed me in 200+ builds, so what's the real win here, a few degrees or zero risk?
