Why does nobody mention the PSU switch when a PC won't turn on

Client calls me in a panic from her office in Reno, says her whole workstation is dead and she's losing a deadline. I check the outlet, the cable, the power strip, then notice the switch on the back of the PSU got bumped to off when she slid the tower under her desk. Took me 4 minutes total, do you guys check that first or do you chase the fancy stuff like I almost did?

Did the same thing last month, felt so dumb after checking everything else first.
