The booth rental seminar in Columbus that changed my pricing forever
I went to this small business workshop last spring at the Holiday Inn near Polaris. Some guy named Jerry got up and showed us his exact profit and loss spreadsheet from the last 3 years. I saw line by line where I was bleeding money on color services. I had been undercharging by about $25 per full highlight because I wasn't accounting for processing time and product waste. Has anyone else here done a deep dive on their actual service costs and found they were pricing way too low?
