TIL a client told me her last stylist said burgundy would 'wash out' on thin hair, and I stopped charging extra for color corrections
I was mixing her formula at the bowl last Tuesday when she told me that, and it hit me that half my "corrections" are really just fixing advice from people who never asked about her porosity or how often she swims, so now I ask two extra questions before I touch the bowl, what questions do you all wish clients came in already knowing the answers to?
